Hyped up from my friends, for the first time I dived into the trendiest art challenge of the year. Ironically none of those friends followed through, BUT I DID! ...and it was almost not horrible. Maybe even okay.
The central concept that I tried to follow were faces, facial features and masks. This tendency for tribal mask-like features wants to come out of me whenever I let my hand draw on its own. So I set it free. Eventually it derailed, then went back on track, then derailed again. I was my own leader and rebel.
